Time to buy secondary house

In my casual conversation with friends and relatives, most of them complain that new houses are too expensive to buy. But, most of them agree that some of the new developments offer better architecture (more trendy?). And the most important thing is some of the new developments are in gated guarded area. You will feel more secure once you moved in those development areas.

Even though now the price movement of new houses are slower than a few years ago, the slow price movement will not last forever. Once investors confidence picking up again especially after sanity come back due to Trump triumph to be USA president, those who are not ready will be left farther away. It looks too risky now to invest in property, but there is always a segment suitable for you if you continuously look around especially the secondary market.

Before it is too late, it is the best time to buy a secondary house especially for those who have not buy any house. It is also a good investment to buy a secondary house for those who can upgrade their first house. It is up to you to calculate and strategize whether to keep the first house or not. This is the area where I can assist. If we survey the secondary house prices and new house prices, the price spread is still too large. Although mature or almost mature residential areas have many weaknesses, there are also many advantageous especially for those who already aged.

When you are young with small family members, and focusing on your carrier, most of your time is used for work and entertainment (with family). However, as you aging it is normal to feel to get more in touch with the society. You go to mosque more frequent, social gathering and related events. Then, you realize that the more people you know especially the surrounding areas, the more hidden benefits you can get. Some of you may not realize it until you become more aging. If you are maturing faster than your peers, most probably secondary houses are more suitable for you.
