Good news for those who are interested to learn about property investment but has limited time and budget!
Starting this month, my team has decided to have a compress short course on Property Investment on every 2nd Saturday of the month. To reduce cost, we decided to organize the event as simple event as possible, no lunch but only hi-tea, no fancy ceremony but full of facts and figures.
This is our charity work to help those who are in need for a roof, or improve their financial being, or preparing their retirement. The event will be organized in a small meeting room. To encourage participants to get to know each others, participants are welcome to bring their own snacks. By know getting to know each other, you can build your own investor's network.
The fee will be very low, and the entrance is based on the first come, first serve (or who paid in advance)
Good for beginners:
a) those without house or
b) those only have a couple of houses,
c) those newly married or
d) those about to get married,
d) those who want to plan for retirement
The property investment talk will focus on Johor Bahru areas for investment.
With the right knowledge and strategy, you will be surprised what you can do to kick start your investment.
Price: RM50 per person with tea break
