Tapioca and another Banana Tree Bearing Fruit

I planted the tapioca trees around February 2017. After nine months, I decided to harvest one of the tree on 5 Nov. 2017. It was hard to pull the tapioca tree from the ground due to the solid ground. I should have digged a much bigger hole when I planted the tree.

My second son was eager to help me digging the tapioca.

Finally, we managed to get more than what we expected.

My wife cook the tapioca the following day. I was really delicious since it was very fresh. On the right side, I ate the tapioca with grated coconut and a little sugar.

Then, on 11-11-2017, I discovered, the gold banana (Pisang Emas) already bearing the heart which will lead to the fruit.

After finishing my PhD and busy looking for a new big project, these two activities help me reduce the stress. It was also rewarding to be able to eat fresh harvest.
